In Jiangsu, we share a dream. It’s been over a year since the success of the first Jiangsu Development Summit when great minds met and bonds of kinship strengthened. It has become a precious memory. Under the right leadership of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the provincial government, through the unremitting efforts of the secretariat and fellow friends, the summit has risen to become the strongest link connecting Jiangsu people at home and abroad, developing into a new platform for bolstering the province’s image and telling the province’s stories to the world.

Profound nostalgia brings us together with rich resources and wisdom, advancing Jiangsu’s strategies for innovation, improving livelihoods and high-quality economic development. It offers an ongoing driving force to make the province “powerful, rich, beautiful and civilized.”
船到中流，奋楫者先。省委十三届四次全会为江苏的高质量发展擘画了蓝图，绘就了鸿篇。新时代江苏的改革发展既离不开八千万家乡人民的辛勤付出，也离不开海内外乡贤、嘉宾的关注奉献。唯同舟共济、久久为功，方可为实现江苏“走在前列”的目标凝聚起磅礴伟力，奏响时代强音。
Success only favors those who boldly forge ahead. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee provided a blueprint for high-quality development in Jiangsu. The reform and development of Jiangsu in the new era cannot be separated from the hard work of the province’s 80 million people or the care and dedication of fellow Jiangsu people across the globe. Only through concerted effort and perseverance can we rally the biggest strengths, realize the great goals, and enable Jiangsu to take the lead in development.
