Themed of “shared joy in Jiangsu”, the 2015 Jazz Music Festival started in Nanjing, Jiangsu province on Oct. 16, 2015. The opening ceremony was staged at Zijin Theater on Friday night. Five Jazz bands from different counties including a local one presented a wonderful evening for the audience.  

A tour throughout the province will be carried out from this Saturday, giving nearly 30 performances until Oct. 25, 2015. This year’s festival gathers musicians from 6 countries including Canada, Germany, Belgium, Norway, France and Netherland. Eight excellent bands styling in Jazz and world music along with a unique China-Germany joint band will bring a music feast to fans in Jiangsu with their great passion and consummate skills.
