　　Les Busiciens is a sunny Belgian band which plays world music reminiscent of holidays: a mixture of balkan, ska, latin, reggae and intimate waltzes. In 2006, a couple of musician friends decided to take their tour bus to travel through Europe together. Since then, Les Busiciens toured in France , Spain, Italy, and in 2012 even in Congo! Their compositions, inspired by travelling, are recorded on their cds "A la Belle Etoile" (2008) and "Fou a la Folie" (2011).The members of the band are Jonas Malfliet on percussion, Vitja Pauwels on guitar, Tine Allegaert on trumpet, Joachim Thys on saxophone, Liza Maes on flute, and Lara Rosseel on double bass. For the Nanjing International Jazz and World Music Festival, we are honored to also feature the great Wouter Vandenabeele on violin.
